*Working Drive Thru*
Customer: “You look very familiar. Do you work at Braker too?”
Me: “No sir, I don’t.”

*Later today I answered the work phone*

Guy: “Hi, I just came through the drive thru, and is this Christina?”
Me: “Yes it is..”
Guy: “I was the one who asked you if you worked at Braker. Do you remember me?”
Me: “Yes sir, I remember you.”
Guy: “I know this is kind of awkward but…do you want to go out with me?”
Me: “Excuse me?”
Guy: “If you give me your number I can give you a call and we can go to dinner and see a movie.”
Me: “I don’t really know you…”
Guy: “If you give me your number we can have dinner and get to know each other.”
Me: “I’m sorry but I am going to pass this time, but you are more than welcome to continue to come to Chick-F-A if you want to see me.”
Guy: “Are you sure?”
Me: “Yes sir, I’m sure…”

I give him credit for the courage.

Hey summer 2012!

**My name is Christina Gonzalez, and I just completed my first semester at DBU, as well as my first semester of Sophomore year. Thankful for this wonderful semester, my wonderful friend’s, God’s provisions, love, faithfulness, and peace, memories, and the relationship with Christ I have gotten stronger in.
